JLL arranges lease with Venture X at Harborview Plaza

TAMPA, FL, January 16, 2025 – JLL announced today that Venture X, an upscale coworking and flexible workspace provider, will be taking 30,262 square feet of space at Harborview Plaza, owned and managed by Cousins Properties. The 205,049-square-foot, Class A office property is situated at 3031 N. Rocky Point Drive West in Tampa, Florida and will be the company’s first location in the Tampa Bay region. Venture X will occupy the entire sixth floor at Harborview Plaza with an anticipated move-in date of January 2026.

JLL Executive Vice President Jim Moler and Senior Vice President Deana Beer represented the property’s ownership group, Cousins Properties, in the lease negotiations. Venture X was represented by K.C. Tenukas, Senior Vice President with CBRE.
