JLL announces retail openings and new leases at The Collection at Forsyth
Sephora and Kilwins open at the mixed-use center for the holidays, as BODYROK and The PICKLR are announced as the latest tenants
ATLANTA (November 26, 2024) – JLL today announces new lease activity at The Collection at Forsyth, a mixed-use lifestyle center in Cumming, Georgia. Sephora and Kilwins have opened, with boutique Pilates concept BODYROK and popular pickleball concept The PICKLR becoming the latest best-in-class brands to sign a lease at the property. These milestones come as part of a repositioning effort to reimagine the center into a vibrant destination for the community. JLL Senior Vice President Sherri Wilson leads retail leasing efforts on behalf of the owner, CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (CTO).
Sephora, a prestige omni-retailer, opened at The Collection at Forsyth in November. Kilwins, a shop offering handcrafted delicacies and premium ice cream, also opened at the property earlier this month. Bahama Buck’s, a premium shaved ice shop, and True Rest Float Spa, a leading provider of flotation therapy, will open in the coming weeks and The PICKLR is on track to open February 2025. Several notable tenants opened at the project earlier this year, including J. Crew Factory, Pandora, Parsons Gifts, Le Macaron, Master Jewelers, Woof Gang Bakery, The Good Feet Store, Spavia and F45 Training.

Located at the intersection of Georgia 400 and Peachtree Parkway, The Collection at Forsyth is a premier open-air mixed-use destination just 36 miles north of Downtown Atlanta. With 565,000 square feet of retail, vibrant greenspace and more than five million annual visitors, the center serves as a key hub for Forsyth County’s rapidly growing suburban markets and affluent demographics. Since JLL launched repositioning and leasing efforts in January 2023, it has driven substantial leasing momentum, securing 15 new tenants and strategically diversifying the tenant mix. Adjacent to The Collection at Forsyth, future retail development is currently being planned by Fuqua Development, which will include a Whole Foods-anchored neighborhood shopping center.

According to JLL’s 2024 Holiday Shopping report, approximately 71% of shoppers plan to visit brick-and-mortar locations this holiday season, with open-air centers expected to experience a notable increase in foot traffic. As a key retail destination with convenient access to several prominent Atlanta submarkets, The Collection at Forsyth is well-positioned to attract significant holiday traffic.
