JLL adds Senior Vice President to Pacific Northwest Retail Team

SEATTLE – June 14, 2021 – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has announced the hire of Andrea Lerum as Senior Vice President of Retail for the Seattle market. Lerum will work exclusively with a Seattle-based Fortune 500 tech company.

Prior to her role with JLL, Lerum was a sales and leasing broker with West Coast Commercial Realty, where she represented retail landlords and tenants throughout the Puget Sound region. She also served as a Regional Business Development Executive with CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where she developed and implemented flexible, asset-light and capital-conscious B2B strategies and solutions for commercial real estate, construction and tech companies in the Seattle, Denver and Bay Area markets.

Lerum’s clients throughout her career have included NHL Seattle, ExtraSlice, Seattle Genetics, Wingstop, Starbucks and CBRE.
