Forsberg Real Estate Company Bringing $30 Million of Investment to The Mid-Town Project in Lansing

LANSING, Mich,October 22, 2018 – Lansing-based Forsberg Real Estate Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of The Offices at Mid-Town, a five-story office building located at 501 S. Capitol Avenue in Lansing, Mich. The Offices at Mid-Town are home to approximately 60,000 square feet of vacant, contiguous office space. JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent at the site.

The office space is just one piece of the mixed-use Mid-Town Project. Forsberg plans to invest $30 million across three city blocks, bringing 200 residential units, a grocery store and other destination retail locations downtown.
