$17.75M financing arranged for Class A industrial property near Denver
JLL Capital Markets secured the financing for Eastpark 70’s Buildings 5 and 6 in Aurora, CO
DENVER, Dec. 12, 2024 – JLL Capital Markets announced today it has arranged $17.75 million in financing for Eastpark 70’s Buildings 5 and 6, a two-building, 235,987-square-foot, Class A industrial portfolio in Aurora, Colorado.
JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Consolidated Investment Group, to secure the fixed-rate, five-year loan.
Completed in 2022, the portfolio consists of two state-of-the-art industrial buildings located at 19822 E 22nd Ave and 19922 E 22nd Ave. Features include 32-foot clear heights, ample dock-high and drive-in loading and ESFR sprinkler systems. The properties are fully leased to three tenants, who are diversified among industries including automotive accessories, home improvement and flooring and specialty contracting.
Situated 16 miles northeast of downtown Denver, the portfolio benefits from its strategic location near the intersection of I-70 and Tower Road, providing direct access to Denver International Airport and major transportation routes throughout the metro area. The properties are also located in the largest industrial submarket in Denver, and more specifically located within the SW DIA / Pena Blvd. micro-market, adjacent to DIA.
