European home decor brand opens first West Coast store
JLL represented Baobab Collection in lease in West Hollywood
LOS ANGELES, June 23, 2023 – Confirming consumer’s appetite for unique experiences and brands, JLL announced today that Baobab Collection has signed a 392-square-foot lease at 8503 Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, California. This is Baobab’s first location on the West Coast and second in the United States. The store is scheduled to open at the end of 2023.
Baobab Collection is a luxury European home fragrance and decor brand at the forefront of the creation of olfactory and aesthetic objects. The company offers renowned scented candles, totem diffusers, and home decor accessories.
JLL’s Houman Mahboubi and Marisa Renfro represented Baobab Collection in the lease.
