Content creator Partizan to open new Los Angeles office
JLL handles lease at Rideback Ranch creative office campus
LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2024 – JLL announced today that it has signed Partizan Entertainment to a new 12,500-square-foot office lease at Rideback Ranch, a 35,000-square-foot creative office campus located at 1660 and 1670 Beverly Boulevard in the heart of the Historic Filipinotown (“HiFi”) neighborhood of Los Angeles. Partizan also has offices in London, Paris and the Middle East. The firm is scheduled to move into this new U.S. flagship office in July 2024.
Rideback Ranch is home to several entertainment companies including production firm Rideback, Rideback Rise and Animal Logic. Former tenants include Warner Brothers Animation, Cedar Park Entertainment and Margot Robbie’s LuckyChap production company which produced the Barbie movie while at Rideback Ranch.

JLL’s Nicole Mihalka and Cal Ross represented the landlord, a joint venture of Rideback Ranch LLC and Rideback Ranch Funding Associates, LLC, in the lease. Matt Siegel of JLL represented Partizan.
