Commercial real estate veteran named East Bay Broker Lead
Trent Barmby to lead JLL offices in Walnut Creek, Oakland, San Rafael, Sacramento and Stockton
WALNUT CREEK – May 31, 2022 – JLL, a leading real estate and investment management firm, has named Trent Barmby East Bay Broker Lead, helming the Walnut Creek, Oakland, San Rafael, Sacramento and Stockton offices.
In his new role, Barmby will be responsible for the strategy, business development, and coordination of service lines for the five East Bay JLL offices. Barmby will manage all business lines within JLL brokerage including office tenant representation, agency leasing, industrial, retail, life science, medical office and investment sales.
Barmby has more than 13 years of experience at JLL, advising clients through the two most recent economic downturns and subsequent recoveries. He has also served as president of JLL’s Leadership Council Advisory Board (LCAB).

Barmby is a graduate of The University of Southern California, where he majored in Real Estate Finance and served as captain of the lacrosse team.
