Bovermann to lead property management at JLL in Houston

Bovermann brings 20 years of experience to his new role as Regional Managing Director

HOUSTON, August 7, 2024 – JLL announced today the addition of Ed Bovermann as Regional Managing Director of its property management group in Houston and New Orleans. Prior to his role at JLL, Bovermann held positions at Hines and Transwestern, managing several notable Houston properties, including five million square feet of Class-A office space in the CBD. Now, Bovermann will apply his more than two decades of real estate experience across office, mixed-use, retail and new development properties to his new role, driving tenant engagement and operational excellence throughout JLL’s extensive portfolio.

Ed brings with him several years of experience in both property management and the Houston market, which will be invaluable to his leadership position in the region."

In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Bovermann is an active member of BOMA, and served as the Texas BOMA President in 2023. He was also the president of the Houston BOMA in 2019, and was recognized as Executive Manager of the Year in 2022 and Property Manager of the Year in 2015. Having earned his CCIM designation, Bovermann also has extensive experience in project management. Bovermann has a Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate and entrepreneurship from Baylor University and obtained his Master’s in business from St. Edward’s University.
