Apparel boutique expands in Beverly Hills
JLL secures lease with Kitson on famous Beverly Drive
LOS ANGELES, September 1, 2023 – Confirming demand for high street retail space, JLL announced today that Kitson has signed a 5,253-square-foot lease at 420 N Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills, California. The apparel company is relocating and expanding from a smaller store on the same street.
JLL’s Houman Mahboubi, Marisa Renfro, Greg Briest and Devin Klein secured this lease on behalf of the landlord, B and A Management.
“As Kitson continues to grow its customer base through traditional stores and pop-ups, it wanted a place in Beverly Hills where it could create a true flagship and have a bigger presence in the area,” said Houman Mahboubi, JLL Managing Director. “420 N Beverly Drive is a premier location where the company will have room to expand its brand and following.”
Mahboubi went on to say “The high street retail real estate market is extremely tight with unprecedented demand. This is the last remaining larger space on the block.”
