Keeping a national pharmacy chain running smoothly

With the UK in lockdown, people still need prescriptions for ongoing conditions.
Bedford-based Justin Hobday, an account director at JLL’s Integral business, is responsible for helping to keep a national pharmacy chain running as smoothly as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our role is to make sure the stores remain a safe, well-maintained environment for staff, pharmacists and the general public by providing ongoing electrical, mechanical and plumbing support,” Hobday says. “With more people visiting pharmacies right now, it’s a particularly busy and challenging time.”
Across the UK, pharmacies are playing a frontline role in providing public information and dealing with minor ailments so other areas of the health system can focus on tackling COVID-19.
“We’re continuing to share our knowledge and insight on how we can get through this together.”
