Consolidating a campus to achieve greater efficiencies
Universal Technical Institute (UTI) needed to make some changes. Spread across multiple buildings in Glendale Heights, Illinois, UTI wanted to relocate to a new, more efficient and attractive campus in Lisle. UTI engaged us for site selection, real estate transaction support and project management of the 185,000-square-foot development site. We provided conceptual budgets, hired and managed the design and construction management teams and obtained all of the necessary city permits to get the job done on time and within budget – all while achieving $6.2 million in real estate tax relief for the client.
