Hyatt Headquarters | Illinois

Hyatt wanted us to manage the interior build-out of their new global headquarters in Chicago. We focused on enhancing the flexibility and cross-team collaboration while giving the occupants a taste of the hospitality experience that Hyatt offers. As a result, the new space boosts an interconnecting stairs, a fireplace and a presentation theater. Approximately, 20 percent of Hyatt’s employees are “free address,” with no assigned desk.
