3.Evaluate risk and define strategy

4.Implement and mitigate
-
5.Monitor risk and opportunity
1.Value asset or portfolio
Expert value and risk advisors: global network of 2,400+ specialists in all sectors and industries
Our network of 2,400 value and risk advisory specialists in 35+ countries values assets across all sectors for a range of outcomes including financial reporting, transaction support, insurance, secured lending, building consulting, and tax reporting.
2.Identify market and ESG risk
Risk scores and risk assessments
Analyze risk metrics by employing valuation or automated valuation models (AVMs) based on factors such as cash flow stability, climate change, location, regulatory risk, and health and safety. This analysis is conducted through interactive mapping and reporting.
Automated valuation modelling (AVM)
Rapidly generate a property's capital value using JLL's artificial intelligence data. A price indicator is calculated at a specific point in time through the analysis of comparable transactions, existing valuation data, historical price movements, and property attributes.
3.Evaluate risk and define strategy
Portfolio risk analytics
Artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies can accurately pinpoint when an asset impacts profitability. Data brings a new level of intelligence and decision-making so you can identify and measure risks from cash flow stability, climate change, location, regulatory and health and safety risk.
Climate and sustainability risk analytics
Understand how to reduce the carbon footprint of your portfolio, how to decarbonise assets through net zero and renewable energy solutions and manage ESG transition risks to sustain and create future value in your portfolio.
4.Implement and mitigate
Evolve your portfolio with JLL's global real estate solutions
