Pedro Azcué
CEO, JLL Mexico
Pedro is responsible for the strategic leadership of more than 1,300 employees in Mexico.
Pedro joined JLL’s Chicago office in 1981 and worked his way up the ranks, serving as the leader of diverse project teams in major U.S. and Latin American assignments involving everything from tenant representation to ground-up development advisory.
In 1991, he stepped into his role leading JLL’s operations in Mexico, founding the LaSalle Partners Mexico Office (the predecessor of JLL Mexico).
Based in Mexico City, he oversees JLL's business in Mexico. Lately, his efforts have been increasingly focused on expanding JLL’s reach in Mexico. In recent years, he has opened regional offices in the cities of Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, and Queretaro.
Pedro earned a master’s degree in business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
A strong believer in leadership, teamwork and innovative initiatives, he often is invited to participate in summits as a thought leader. Outside of JLL, Pedro enjoys scuba diving, traveling and spending time with his wife Ana and their family.
