Kris MacAuslan
Global Head of Communications, Markets Advisory
Kris strategically leads and oversees JLL's Leasing Advisory communications globally.
Kris is a distinguished leader in communications and change management, responsible for overseeing the communications team for JLL's Leasing Advisory business. She also steers executive communication in the Americas and provides strategic counsel to leaders across the U.S. and internationally on internal and external communication initiatives.
With over two decades of experience, Kris has been instrumental in helping complex organizations harness the power of effective communication and storytelling to inspire employees, delight customers, and boost business performance. Kris and her team employ data-driven strategies to continuously develop and refine impactful communication methodologies.
Before taking on her current position, Kris held esteemed roles at JLL and PwC, where she led internal and external communication for People, Talent, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. At PwC, she served as Director of Change Initiatives within the Strategy & Transformation group and managed business communications for the Specialty Assurance Businesses. Her previous experience also includes communication leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and Goodwin, a global law firm.
As a member of JLL's Americas Executive Committee, Kris plays a pivotal role in communicating the strategic direction of the company across the region.
Kris holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Finance from Northeastern University, with an undergraduate degree from Smith College. She is committed to community service, dedicating her time to Project Place—a non-profit focused on breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Boston—and the Massachusetts Beach Buggy Association, which advocates for public beach access and conservation.
Outside of JLL, Kris cherishes time with her family, enjoys landscaping, and loves visiting the beautiful beaches of Cape Cod.
