Current Responsibilities

Cheryl leads a global team of experts that enable the delivery of exceptional Integrated Facilities Management including engineering, and experience products and services to JLL’s clients around the world. Building upon the foundations of JLL’s industry leading talent, Cheryl advances operational leaders to support future generations of work experience.

Experience

Through her 28-year career in Real Estate and Integrated Facilities Management, Cheryl’s experience encompasses multiple industry sectors and global geographies. She understands how to bring the trends and technological advances in IFM to advance client relationships, creating smarter, more efficient environments while humanizing the workplace – synergizing talent, data, and sustainability to create agile workplaces of the future.

Prior to joining JLL in May 2021, Cheryl served as President of Integrated Facilities Management, North America, for Sodexo. Her previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Managing Director at CBRE and several global senior leadership positions at Johnson Controls in Global Operations, Sales and General Management. She has also served as a principal consultant for several Fortune 500 corporations and real estate service providers.

Education and Affiliations

Cheryl a member of JLL’s Work Dynamics Account Management Executive Board, and serves as on the International Facility Management Association’s (IFMA) Global Board of Directors. She is the current Chair -Elect, and sits on the Executive Board of the Milwaukee Ballet, and the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County. She is a former Chair and Emeritus member of the Women’s Leadership Council, focused on issues impacting women and girls. In 2018, she received the “Women of Influence” award from the Milwaukee Business Journal and serves as a mentor to high school girls and young professionals.

Cheryl has a Masters of Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet, has completed Executive Management courses at the University of Chicago Booth School of Management, and holds a BA in Corporate Communications and Business Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
