As the owner of the land beneath the World Trade Center in New York City, the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey knew the pressure was on. Charged with creating a memorial that meant so much to so many, they partnered with us to transform and operate the 16-acre site.

Driven by their ambition and their passion for this important project, we provided the development plan and analysis to create a memorial, performing arts center, cultural center, and the new commercial business district of downtown Manhattan, with 10 million square feet of office space, 500,000 square feet of retail space, and 100 million unique visitor impressions each year.

In addition to achieving their lofty ambitions, we also led negotiations with local authorities and various stakeholders, helping them save $150 million on the multifaceted and complex $5 billion project.
