Annie is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets. She has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate with a specialization in multihousing finance. She works intimately with both institutional and private owners throughout the country to secure optimal financing to meet their individual business plans and with major lending institutions to secure bridge and permanent financing for her clients. Throughout the course of her career, Annie has been involved with billions of dollars in institutional transactions across the country.
Prior to joining JLL, Annie worked as a Vice President at CBRE for 9 years. Before that, she worked at The Bascom Group, a private equity firm specializing in value-add multifamily investments, analyzing financial, rental, and market data, and preparing investment packages.
