The Shops at Highland Village adds two new retail tenants
JLL announces addition of Tiff’s Treats and Lambeau's America Kitchen and Taps
FORT WORTH, July 26, 2019 – JLL announced the successful negation of two new retail leases at The Shops at Highland Village, located at 1701 Shoal Creek in Highland Village, Texas, today. Cookie-delivery company Tiff’s Treats and Lambeau’s America Kitchen and Taps are the newest additions to the retail center’s roster of tenants.
JLL’s Austin Speni and Brenda Ford represented the landlord in each lease negotiation. Peloton’s Chris Wright represented Tiff’s Treats in their lease negotiation.
