Kelley Sigl

Kelley Sigl is a Senior Vice President at JLL, focusing on tenant representation both throughout the greater Eastside markets and Seattle. She specializes in providing services to corporate, public and not-for-profit clients; focusing in the technology sector.

Kelley began her real estate career at The Staubach Company, where she provided real estate strategy and portfolio management services. From there, she moved to Washington Partners in Bellevue where she immersed herself in real estate strategy for her technology clients gaining a great understanding of the Eastside. Her career then took her be the Director of Business Development at PitchBook Data, Inc. in Seattle where she created new relationships with the global Venture Capital and Private Equity community to provide a sophisticated research platform. She then joined the team at Kinzer Partners and quickly rose the ranks to be a partner and known expert in the greater Seattle market. Kelley now joins JLL as a experienced and knowledgeable real estate professional, understanding all sides of a transaction.

Throughout her collective 15+ years in commercial real estate, Kelley has refined her ability to not only competently lead and execute on complex transactions, but also to nurture and build trust in her long term client relationships.
