Americas Executive Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Tina leads JLL’s DEI strategy in the Americas to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace and drive cultural change.

Current responsibilities

Tina LeBlanc is responsible for leading JLL’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy in the Americas, defining priority focus areas and measurable goals for the region. In her role, she drives the development and delivery of strategies, initiatives, education, and awareness programs that promote a diverse and inclusive culture while facilitating cultural change. Tina works closely with leaders at all levels on inclusion and partners with HR and Learning & Development (L&D) to embed DEI in all areas of the employee experience. She also represents JLL through external engagement.

As a highly knowledgeable subject matter expert, Tina collaborates with key stakeholders across the AMR senior leadership team to develop and drive the Global JLL DEI strategy. She serves as a thought leader, staying informed of best practices, benchmarks, and competitor activities. Additionally, she acts as an ambassador for JLL’s DEI program at industry gatherings and speaking engagements. 

Experience

Tina has over 25 years of corporate DEI experience, leading enterprise-wide DEI strategies and various initiatives. Most recently, she served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Recruitment, and Affirmative Action at the Texas Department of Transportation. Prior to that role, she held key diversity and inclusion leadership positions at Toyota. Tina has participated in various employee resource boards, served as an executive DEI coach, and taught on the value of DEI in global markets as an adjunct professor.

Education and affiliations

Tina received a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northrop University. She holds a Doctor of Education in Organization Leadership from Argosy University, where she conducted her dissertation research on Brand Optimalization through Diversity and Inclusion. She has also served as an adjunct professor teaching International Business and Global Marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
