AC Development Selects JLL Denver as Listing Agency for Clayworks

GOLDEN, COLO. – Sept. 21, 2023 – AC Development is pleased to announce it has awarded JLL Denver with the leasing assignment for Clayworks, the highly anticipated and innovative mixed-use development located on over 12 acres in downtown Golden.
